Renting a Spot

  • How do I rent a spot?

    Once you've found a spot, renting a spot is as easy as clicking the 'grab this spot' button on any spot's listing page. This will then take you through a quick checkout process. If the button isn't clickable, that means the times and dates you've selected don't quite fit the availability.

  • How do I ask a question about a spot?

    On any spot listing page, you will see a button labeled 'Owner Info'. Once you click that, a red contact button will appear. Clicking on this will allow you to send a message to the spot owner.

  • How do I park a large vehicle?

    Before renting a spot, make sure to read the spot's description to assure your vehicle will fit. If nothing is mentioned, feel free to contact the owner.

  • Joe Blow isn't replying to my message.

    Although most of our spot owners are very quick to reply, sometimes it takes longer than expected. In this case, please contact us directly and we will try our hardest to get in touch with them.

  • Can I park 24 hours a day?

    Yes you can, however, it is up to the spot owner to set the availability of his or her spot. Under the availability section of the spot's listing page, look for 'available all hours of the day'.


My Account

  • Can Prndl deactivate my spot?

    Yes, feel free to contact us at any time for help deactivating your spot. However, we've made it easy for you to deactivate your spot on your own. Simply navigate to 'My Spots' in your profile and click the 'Turn Off' button. This will take your spot off the market.

  • How do I reset my password?

    If you forgot your password, click here. Otherwise, simply log in to your profile and navigate to the 'Edit Profile' section. From there you will be able to create a new password.

    Please note: If you signed up using Google or Facebook, you do not have a password.

  • How do I change my email address?

    To change your email address, log in and navigate to the 'Edit Profile' section of your profile. From there you will be able to enter a new email.

  • How do I deactivate my account?

    To deactivate / delete your account, please contact us and we will assist you in doing so.

  • I can't login to my account.

    If you forgot your password, you may reset it here. Otherwise, please contact us and we can help you regain access to your account.

  • How do I create an account?

    Click here to create an account. Simply fill out the form and you are ready to go! We don't ask for much, so it should only take a minute.


Privacy & Safety

  • Is your website secure?

    Yes. Our website uses HTTPS and encrypts all information over a Secure Sockets Layer. You may view our SSL Certificate by clicking on the green 'lock' icon at the top of your browser window. We know web security is a huge issue and making sure your information is secure is one of our top priorities.


My Rental

  • How do I contact a spot owner?

    As soon as you rent a spot, you will be take to a receipt page. From here, you will see a link to 'contact the spot owner'. This receipt page can always be accessed from your profile as well.

  • How do I change my vehicle details?

    If you need to change your vehicle details, please message the spot owner to let them know (they will understand).

  • How do I cancel my rental?

    Up until your rental begins, you may cancel it. Simply navigate to the 'Rented Spots' section of your profile. From there, you will see a cancel button.

  • How do I get a receipt?

    As soon as you rent a spot, we will automatically email you a receipt of your rental details. A receipt-like page will also be available directly from your profile.

  • What if I arrive early or late for a rental?

    If you are early or late by just a few minutes, that shouldn't be an issue. However, we encourage you to reach out to the spot owner if you plan on being more than just a few minutes early or late.

  • What happens if my vehicle is damaged while parking?

    Although parking in a private driveway is usually much safer than a public area, we do realize sh** happens. In the case of any damage being done to your car, most personal insurance providers will cover the damage, just like they would in many other situations. If you are concerned, it is always a good idea to check with your insurance provider before hand.

  • How do I leave a review?

    When your rental is over, we highly encourage you to leave a review. To do so, navigate to the 'My Rentals' section of your profile. From there, you will see a red button prompting you to leave feedback.

  • What if I can't find the spot?

    In the case that you can't find your parking spot, please reach out to the spot owner so they can direct you to the correct location.


Cancellations & Refunds

  • How do I cancel my rental?

    Up until your rental begins, you may cancel it. Simply navigate to the 'Rented Spots' section of your profile. From there, you will see a cancel button.

  • When would I be eligible for a refund?

    You are always eligible for a full refund up until your rental begins. When you cancel your spot, we will void your payment and send it back to the place it came from (i.e. credit card).

  • What happens if the spot owner cancels my rental?

    Although rare, if the spot owner cancels your rental, you will be immediately notified and refunded.

  • I was unable to park, how do I get a refund?
