For Our Spot Owners

Renting Out My Spot

  • How do I deactivate my listing?

    To deactivate your spot, simply navigate to the 'My Spots' section of your profile. There you will see a 'Turn Off' button next to your listing. Turning your spot off will completely remove it from the market. You can turn it back on at any time.

  • How do I list my spot?

    At the top of every page, you will see a 'List Your Spot' button. Simply click that, fill out the form, and you are good to go!

  • How do I withdraw my earnings?

    All money you earn from your parking spot will automatically be deposited into either your bank account or Venmo account. If you haven't given us your account information yet, you can do so from the 'Payout Center' section of your profile. If anything with your account or deposits doesn't seem right, please contact us.

  • How much does it cost me to list my spot?

    Listing your spot is completely free and always will be. It's your parking spot, so it's only fair if you make all the money from it.

  • Can I rent out my spot if it requires a permit, fob or key?

    Yes, absolutely! Just please be sure to include instructions (in your spot's listing) as to how the renter can go about parking.

  • Do I need to be at home when the renter arrives?

    Nope. However, be sure to communicate this to your customers.


My Rentals

  • How do I cancel a rental?

    In the case that you need to cancel a rental, you may do so directly from the 'Upcoming Rentals' section of your profile. In order to create the best experience for your customers, cancellations must happen at least one hour prior to the rental's start time.

  • Should I meet the renter?

    Meeting the renter is completely up to you. If you don't plan on being there, just be sure to communicate this with the renter, as well as where they should park.


Privacy & Safety

  • Is your website secure?

    Yes. Our website uses HTTPS and encrypts all information over a Secure Sockets Layer. You may view our SSL Certificate by clicking on the green 'lock' icon at the top of your browser window. We know web security is a huge issue, and making sure your information is secure is one of our top priorities.

  • Is my address made public?

    Your address will always be kept private until rented. When someone rents and pays for you spot, your address will be available to them.

  • Is my phone number made public?

    Just like your address, your phone number will be kept private until your spot is rented. When someone rents and pays for your spot, your phone number will be available to them. Note: We do not require a phone number. If you are not comfortable giving it out, feel free to leave it blank.


My Listing

  • Why are my earnings pending?

    For safety reasons, your earnings will be placed into a holding area and released 24 hours after your customer's rental begins. Once released, please allow two business days for it to be deposited into your account (either bank or Venmo).

    Your money will also be pending until you provide a payout method.

  • My spot cannot accommodate large vehicles.

    If your spot cannot fit large vehicles, please be sure to specify this in your description.

  • How do I change my pricing?

    To change your pricing, simply navigate to the 'My Spots' section of your user profile and click 'Edit' on whichever spot you would like to change. That will take you to a form where you can change your pricing.

  • How do I update my listing?

    We try to make changing spot details as easy as possible. To update your listing, simply navigate to the 'My Spots' section of your user profile and click 'Edit' on whichever spot you would like to change. That will take you to a form where you can change your details.


My Account

  • How do I contact Prndl?

    Contacting us is as easy as 1,2,3. Simply click on the contact button at the bottom of any page and fill out the form. We will always get back to you within 24 hours (usually the same day).

  • How do I reset my password?

    If you forgot your password, click here. Otherwise, simply log in to your profile and navigate to the 'Edit Profile' section. From there you will be able to create a new password.

    Please note: If you signed up using Google or Facebook, you do not have a password.

  • How do I change the email address I use for Prndl?

    To change your email address, log in and navigate to the 'Edit Profile' section of your profile. From there you will be able to enter a new email.

  • I can't log in to my account.

    If you forgot your password, you may reset it here. Otherwise, please contact us and we can help you regain access to your account.

  • How do I deactivate my account?

    To deactivate / delete your account, please contact us and we will assist you in doing so.
